Who We Are
Our senior management brings the following areas of experience;
- Medical and nursing experience.
- Experience of senior management in the NHS, including patient quality and safety, governance, and safeguarding.
- Senior oversight of the NHS hospital discharge pathways and reablement process.
- Leadership and first-hand experience in NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC) assessment and the process, as the CHC Lead, and a CHC Assessor including CHC fast track.
- Rolling out NHS Personal Health Budgets (PHBs)/ Personal Budgets (PBs) to facilitate a way of personalising care, based around what matters to people and their individual strengths and needs.
PHBs/ PBs give those with disabilities and people with long-term conditions more choice, control and flexibility over their healthcare and social care.
